Contract & Compliance Manager

- Reviewing tenders, identifying risks, MoUs/pre-bid agreements and commercial bids to help bring in new business
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating terms of all types of business contracts like supply, O&M, engineering, joint ventures / partnerships, distributorship agreement etc
- Participate with sales team in contract negotiations with customers
- Developing and presenting deal structure, risks involved & its mitigation plan, deal reviews for leadership team
- Driving due diligence process including third party due diligence approvals
- Support on compliance programs and procedures, including investigations and trade compliance
- Support on legal notices and account receivables collections
