As the Employer Brand Specialist (HR Title = Market Content Developer), you will play a key role in bringing our employer brand promise and value proposition to life across a variety of channels and platforms.
As a member of the Content Marketing team, you’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition and additional internal stakeholders to develop and deliver communication and marketing strategies to reach qualified candidates and retain current employees.
You have a knack for authentic storytelling and a passion for developing content across a variety of channels (website, social media, email, video, and print materials) to drive action. You’re curious about new platforms and why your efforts performed the way they did. You’re also eager to generate strategic ideas and drive initiatives forward.
This is a full-time, regular (with benefits), salaried position based out of Denver, Colorado. Highly qualified, remote employees will also be seriously considered.

An employee in this Denver, CO based position can expect a salary of $65,620.00/year to $85,176.00/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
