About You
You are an experienced scientist specializing in Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) and ecological restoration, with interests that include coastal resiliency, ecosystem service evaluations, ecotoxicity, and/or ecological assessments. You enjoy managing large and challenging projects, engaging with clients and stakeholders, designing and conducting supporting studies, and documenting your work through technical reports, presentations, and peer-reviewed articles. You recognize that default assumptions and standard methods, though necessary in some cases, often fail to accurately describe lost services resulting from a release. You prefer to focus on innovative approaches to resolving complex matters, such as assessment of emerging contaminants, population modeling, scripted and probabilistic analyses, and allocation of responsibility. A lifelong learner, you want to keep growing intellectually and professionally. You know how to prepare winning proposals and exceed clients’ expectations. Collaborating with colleagues with diverse expertise is exciting for you, and you are also comfortable working independently. People thrive under your coaching. Quality management and integrity are among your strongest principles. You are looking for platform where your ideas are taken seriously and you can influence the future of the Toxicology, Health and Ecological Sciences practice and the firm as a whole.
