The People Systems & Analytics team is responsible for the support, training, and continuous improvement for all People Systems at Mercy Corps.
Purpose / Project Description:
The HR System Support & Training Consultant will play a key role on the People Systems & Analytics team, contributing to the production support and training approach for the UKG Human Capital Management system. They will provide support to the System Administration & Operations function, diagnosing and resolving complex system issues and support requests. To resolve these issues, they will work closely with the People Systems team, downstream system owners, and users to find solutions. As part of their consultancy, they will be responsible for the structuring of a SharePoint site to house internal system administration documentation and other knowledge management resources. They will also contribute content to this site in the form of step-by-step walkthroughs and screencasts. In addition to internal knowledge management, they will be responsible for conducting a review of the existing user training materials and resources, identifying gaps, and creating user guides, screencasts, and other resources to increase system understanding and utilization.
