All Hands and Hearts is a disaster relief nonprofit. Our program bases are located in the communities we serve, and staff members live in communal environments. We understand vaccination is the best way to protect our beneficiaries, community members, staff and volunteers, therefore we require all of our on program staff members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered for this position you must be fully vaccinated. Subject to applicable guidance, the term fully vaccinated currently refers to when an individual has received either a single-shot vaccine or both doses of a two-shot vaccine, and two weeks have elapsed since the final dose.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US. The start date for this position is February 2023.

Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. This position is full-time and is responsible for managing the project workflow and ensuring safety and quality.
Reporting Relationships
Essential Functions
Manage mitigation site(s), ensuring efficiency and quality
Communicate with beneficiaries regarding timelines and feedback
Conduct assessments of work sites in the project queue to communicate necessary information and consideration to teams
Manage workflow in conjunction with Program Director and Project Manager ensure sufficient resources are available to meet the demands of projects
Guide Site Supervisors and trainees in upholding clear safety practices
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to Site Supervisors and trainees (and volunteer Team Leaders when applicable)
In coordination with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor implement chainsaw training, including follow up and evaluations, one on ones, and team meetings to ensure chainsaw operators are supported and trained appropriately.
Oversee tool tracking and maintenance
Assist in the training of Site Supervisors and trainees
Ensure all program tracking systems related to project sites are updated regularly and use data to compile regular reports for program reporting requirements
Assess new sites as needed.
