All Hands and Hearts is a disaster relief nonprofit. Our program bases are located in the communities we serve, and depending on the role you apply for you may be required to visit and/or live in our communal program environments. Please note that vaccination is required for all in-person work environments, including program bases and offices. You will also be expected to adhere to particular safety protocols (including relating to COVID-19), and should understand your responsibility for the safety of yourself and others around you. We will always provide an option for travel-exempt staff to join meetings and events virtually, to ensure we provide an inclusive environment for those who are unvaccinated or at high risk.

All Hands and Hearts consistently seeks talented and hardworking people who are eager to support communities impacted by natural disasters. This is an open submission; availability is based on need and will vary in location. Possible locations are Louisiana**,** California**,** Mexico, Nepal, Bahamas, or Philippines.
Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. This position is responsible for managing the project workflow and ensuring safety and quality.
Reporting Relationships
Essential Functions
Manage construction site(s), ensuring efficiency and quality
Communicate with beneficiaries regarding timelines and feedback
Conduct assessments of work sites in the project queue to communicate necessary information and consideration to teams
Manage workflow in conjunction with Logistics Coordinator and Volunteer Relations Coordinator to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet the demands of projects
Guide Site Supervisors and Site Supervisor Trainees in upholding clear safety practices
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to Site Supervisors and Site Supervisor Trainees (and volunteer Team Leaders when applicable)
Oversee tool tracking and maintenance
Assist in the training of Site Supervisors and Site Supervisor trainees
Ensure all program tracking systems related to project sites are updated regularly and use data to compile regular reports for program reporting requirements
We understand vaccination is the best way to protect our beneficiaries, community members, staff and volunteers, therefore we require all of our on program staff members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered for this position you must be fully vaccinated. Subject to applicable guidance, the term fully vaccinated currently refers to when an individual has received either a single-shot vaccine or both doses of a two-shot vaccine, and two weeks have elapsed since the final dose.
