Responsibilities

Position Overview

Our CCA clinicians are a critical part of supporting our children and families. As a CCA clinician, your responsibilities include completing a comprehensive clinical assessment with a youth and family, determining applicable mental health diagnoses, and identifying appropriate service recommendations for treatment. Your assessment is pivotal in the development of the youth and family’s treatment plan as they enter one of Youth Villages’ in-home clinical services. Perfect candidates are individuals (clinical social workers, mental health counselors, and marriage and family therapists) who are curious, and enjoy the assessment process to determine diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments (CCAs).
  • Provide assessments in a wide array of settings and communities.
  • Complete documentation in an electronic health record
  • Participate in individual and team supervision

Salary

$51000 - $53000 / year based on clinical license.

Qualifications

Requirements

A Masters degree in a social services discipline is required (excluding education, criminal justice, theology and divinity majors).
Comprehensive Clinical Assessors must have one of the following licenses in the state of North Carolina: LCSW-A, LCSW, LCMHC-A, LCMHC, or LMFT-A, LMFT.

Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement

As of October 15, 2021, Youth Villages has required the COVID-19 vaccine for all employees, excluding those with an approved medical or religious exemption, as a condition of employment to help ensure the safety of all employees and youth and families served.
