Compliance Manager

The Team

Cundall is a multi-disciplinary consultancy, offering a wide variety of engineering and sustainability services, together with complementary specialisms, from locations across the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East and North Africa. In order to keep up with the demands of the organisation, we are looking for support to manage Cundall’s compliance to all our ISO standards including implementation, audits, reporting and attainment of accreditations.

The Role

This new position will be responsible for coordinating our external auditing providers to maintain our ISO certifications. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of ISO27001 into the organisation, with the assistance and support of an external expert in this area.

Day to day responsibilities will involve arranging and managing out external audit providers, coordinating the close out of corrective actions, maintaining our processes and related information systems, reporting, monitoring, identification of trends and development of actions to address it. The role will also include undertaking audits for all of our UK and Ireland offices in addition to those undertaken by our external audit providers.

The Skills

Having achieved a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at A to C level, you will want to join our team if you have a desire to provide a truly excellent service, and have strong attention to detail. You will have proven practical experience in a Compliance Management role and ideally have previously worked with ISO 27001, 14001, 45001 and 9001.

The successful candidate will also be a good communicator, organised and systematic.
