COMPENSATION & BENEFIT CONSULTANT | Scope of work

Context

Sistema.bio is growing and we are committed to put more structure in how we compensate our employees. We are not starting from scratch since all countries have detailed compensation and payroll processes as well as country compensation packages. The intention is to professionalize our offer as well as optimize our packages for our current fast growth.

Scope of work

Using global best practises:

• Recommend improvements on Sistema.bio C&B global policy, analyzing effectiveness of all compensation programs

• Optimize C&B policies and processes globally for taxes

• Audit and ensure legal  compliance for all countries and for the global team (payroll, labor legislation, etc)

• Review and improve benefit programs

• Design compensation packages terminology

• Review the salary benchmarking analysis 2023 done by the People team, ensure the methodology is up to best practises and recommend improvements

• Recommend on employees ESOP based on current program implementation

Consultant profile requirements

• Recognized global experience in C&B, as a compensation specialist or a relevant role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and processes
• Strong knowledge of C&B best practises
• Experience working in at least 1 or 2 of our Sistema.bio markets
• English & Spanish
• Excellent analytical and qualitative skills
