In addition, we have upskilled and engaged 14,500 rural Community Health Workers. Project Overview
The project is a pivotal initiative aimed at promoting equitable access to vaccines through the deployment of the VBMS (Vaccine Beneficiary Management System) platform. This project supports Local Immunization Teams (LITs) in executing COVID-19 and essential childhood, and maternal immunization campaigns in rural and low-resource settings.

Overview of the role
The Community Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the VBMS platform, facilitating both remote and, if necessary, on-site support across Myanmar. This position involves close collaboration with LITs, and ensuring the project’s objectives are met through effective stakeholder management, implementation excellence and platform optimisation.
Role scope and responsibilities
Work closely with Senior Manager, Campaign (based in Singapore) to implement project.
Serve as the primary liaison between reach52, LITs, and local health organizations, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Lead implementation and adoption of VBMS, ensuring that all 13 LIT partners can effectively use the solution despite different health systems and reporting flows.
Track and report on the project's progress, including platform adoption rates, and contribute to the refinement of implementation strategies based on data analysis.
Lead the development of all project materials, including training curriculum
Coordinate and oversee translation of all project materials (training decks, apps, web), and other ethnic languages, as required
Deeply understand the intended use cases of the features and functionalities of the Android and Web app for usability and functionality; provide feedback / suggestions to engineering team to fix bugs or improve product on an ongoing basis
Coordinate between Engineering team and LITs to address user feedback on the technology and ensure timely support
Lead in providing training (‘Train the Trainer’) on how to navigate the both Android app and Web-administrator dashboard.
Help transition the data hosting services to individual LITs so they manage their own data storage and hosting solutions autonomously
Maintain strict privacy, governance and confidentiality in certain aspects of the project, given the political sensitivity
