We’re looking for a Regional Director with a demonstrable record of success in building relationships, teams, and generating leads. This role requires previous experience developing new markets. The successful candidate will be focused on customer acquisition in Colorado, New Mexico, and eventually in California.
You will be responsible for creating/hiring, onboarding, and managing teams to drive substantial revenue targets and demand. The position will report to the VP of Strategic Sales, and work very closely with other Revenue team leadership, the marketing team, and other senior leadership in order to meet your objectives.

For Colorado-based candidates, the base salary for this role is between $70-85k, plus a substantial commission opportunity. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including skills, qualifications, and location.
