Job Description
The Community Programs and Training Associate supports the Community Programs and Training and Formation teams in driving impact and developments in the communities Plastic Bank is involved in. He or she will be helping in planning, implementing and monitoring of programs as well as facilitating training sessions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and coordinate with communities and gain insights from the ground to be able to create truly impactful programs.
- Implement and monitor implementation of programs including distribution of tools of trade, rewards and incentives.
- Help evaluate community programs and suggest improvements and innovations
- Help in developing and facilitating training modules
- Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of members and partner branches’ receipt and completion of incentives, rewards, trainings etc..
Qualifications:
- Ideally 3 years Community Building/Organizing Experience
- Program Management experience
- Experience in developing and conducting personal development programs (entrepreneurship training a plus)
- Communication Skills
- Negotiating and networking skills especially with possible partners and the LGU
