The Commercial Finance Manager (m/f/d) is acting as a finance business partner to the Sales Leader (New Units and Service) in his regional responsibility and is providing financial leadership on all Commercial Finance related activities and metrics to ensure profitable and sustainable orders growth, cash generation and compliance.**

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial finance related activities to ensure profitable orders growth and early cash generation
- Perform monthly/quarterly order reporting activities for all product lines including contract audits
- Drive controller-ship mindset and process awareness within commercial team to ensure financial compliance across commercial activities & reporting
- Providing guidance and expertise on contractual terms and conditions and reviews and approves deviations as per Commercial Delegation of Authority (DOA)
- Participating in negotiations (front- and back-end) with customers and analyze actuals
- Being responsible for customer risk assessment and risk mitigation
- Steady interaction with Sales Regions and Commercial Leadership team supporting on strategic and go to market solutions
- Sales & Project Finance: offering and promoting financing solutions to customers. Broaden access to financial institutions
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Business Administration
- Professional experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales or Project Finance
- Understanding of commercial and financial processes and deal structures within industrial business
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels, functions, and regions
- Excellent English skills
- Hands-on approach and autonomous in work
- Ability to challenge existing processes, problem solving
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Financial modelling
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.542,60 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
