What does the role entail?
As a Programme Coach, you will be reporting to the Lead Coach and you will be working within Instill Education’s Academic Team responsible for the professional development of district and sector education officers taking part in Instill programming in Rwanda. The coach’s role includes making contributions to the design of programme sessions, providing on-programme coaching and support and assessing programme participant’s performance and related outputs.
