Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit an ambitious and energetic Senior professional to co-lead the Indian Asset Management with a focus on Commercial Asset Management and helps candi to lead the revolution of solar. Given that candi is taking solar into a new realm with a new set of tools, the role will require creativity, innovation and a new way of thinking.
More specifically, the job requires taking ownership of the following accountabilities together with the other Asset Management co-lead:
- Structure, build, lead, develop team and hold it accountable whilst nurturing a strong team spirit
- Own performance of the Indian asset portfolio
- Design, evaluate and enforce processes & tools to streamline the team’s activities
- Coordinate activities with global Asset Management functions and align processes & system.
Additionally, it requires to directly manage the Commercial Asset Management Team and as such:
- Ultimate ownership of customer contract compliance including contract management
- Customer relationship management and reporting
- Take over of contract and customer relationship from business development
- Owning and leading the process and reporting of invoicing and accounts receivables including collaboration with the technical team for joint meter reading and deemed generation/consumption
- Spearheading insurance management processes including renewals and claims
Location: Preferably Gurgaon. Mumbai or Pune can be an option based on discussion.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of Experience in (Commercial) Asset Management, preferably in the Solar Industry
- Leading teams with a good track record
- Graduate/ Post Graduate (B.E. /B tech/or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process, templates and formats mindset
- Commercial portfolio performance analytics and reporting
- Contract management
- Customer satisfaction and relationship management
- Accounts Receivables
- Good communication skills team internally and with customers
- Travel to see customers whenever required
- Experience with a suitable digital task management tool is a plus
- Technical knowledge of Solar Photovoltaics is a plus
