Program Overview
This position is responsible for providing Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to youth ages 12 to 17 that display serious antisocial behaviors and are at-risk of placement out of the home due to their behaviors. Our MST program is built on the principle that the serious behavior problems of a child typically stem from a combination of influences including family factors, deviant peer group, problems in school or the community, and individual characteristics. The MST model calls for simultaneously addressing all of those inter-related areas.
Position Overview
The clinical supervisor is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the counselors.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Provide support and assistance as needed to team.
Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and other essential duties.
Additional Information
Schedule is flexible and non-traditional; based around the availability of youth and families served.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle to use for work purposes and auto insurance.
Community Based staff will be reimbursed for applicable mileage
Requirements
A Master's degree in a social services discipline is required
At least one year experience working with MST intensive in-home services is strongly preferred
One year of experience in a clinical counseling or case management setting is required
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and develop staff
Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement
