We are looking for a dedicated Client Project Manager to join our team in DNV Supply Chain Product Assurance (SCPA) Denmark, Sweden and Norway for our Supply Chain Management and Assurance business lines. The role as a Client Project Manager is central in the unit's operations and success, supporting effective project sales, delivery and administration as well as our client relationships. The role has high impact on the section's results, client satisfaction and colleagues' work life across the Nordics.
Your primary function is to schedule and plan project activities in accordance with requirements in the advisory projects, certification schemes, resource availability and input from the customers. The Client Project Manager will be reporting to the Market Lead Denmark. Supporting the sales and delivery efforts across the Nordics the role will be closely aligning procedures and work with similar colleagues in Norway and Finland and support the client work across the Nordics.
Key deliveries will include, but not be limited to:
Liaise with clients in ongoing projects and handle requests especially in relation to Supply Chain auditing, but also in relation to Assurance projects, together with consultants across the Nordics;
Schedule project activities and input the schedule into our IT system, making sure that our planning, delivery and finance process work smoothly;
Liaise continuously with controlling and consultants to align project data for internal reporting and billing;
Follow-up that projects are planned and delivered on time, and ensure timely billing;
Collaborate with our technical function and sales department, supporting timely issue of proposals and reflection in our systems;
Ensuring the reporting is done by the project team members across DNV on time for the completed projects;
Contribute to improving analytical efforts for correct forecasting;
Follow-up on client and project issues to ensure smooth support processes;
Any other client-facing and administrative work related to activities / projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional, who thrives when supporting multiple projects in a busy environment. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate competence in:
Experience working in similar roles in the certification and advisory industry is preferred;
Good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and systems (e.g., Oracle);
Good understanding of workflows and ability to structure workflows in line with existing procedures and systems;
Candidate should have good written and spoken English as well as good communication skills. Danish skills would be a plus, but are not necessary, as we operate and collaborate in English;
Good at problem solving with the ability to use own initiative quickly and efficiently to respond to urgent project / reporting issues.
