Turn is hiring a
Chief of Staff
Role: Full-time, Permanent
Start date: 1 February 2024 or earlier
Location: Remote (GMT+-4 hours)

We're developing Turn.io, the product that allows social impact organisations to have private, personal, guided conversations that improve lives at scale. We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to support the leadership team to deliver on our goals to deliver personalised chat support to vulnerable people globally.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years experience, be a fast learner and be comfortable driving operational efficiency within a global startup environment. Preference will be given to those with experience in a social impact environment and/or with SaaS company experience.
Your primary areas of responsibility will include:
About You
You have 5+ years of experience gained in a operational role with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field
You have experience working in a remote company
You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
You have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leaders to develop and execute plans
You’re comfortable working with distributed, multi-functional teams
You are able to work independently without supervision, but also be collaborative, and love an action-orientated, start-up environment.
You have a strong command of the English language—written, read, and spoken—and can clearly articulate the rationale behind your recommendations.
You are excited about using your skills to have a positive social impact.
