XYLEM is looking for a new colleague for the following position:
Channel Manager
TASKS
- Designing and implement best in class channel management including:
- Lifecycle support of channel partners: Due diligence, onboarding, training, compliance, renewals and terminations
- Contract management, including orderly maintenance of customer contracts and capturing key data for reporting purposes (term, expiry, key terms, products and territory)
- Tracking Channel Partner activity and performance
- Create reports for the business to make data-based decisions to drive channel performance
- Work closely with sales managers and sales-related functional teams to review the channel business trends and propose the channel business strategy and actions plans to drive the business growth in a compliant way, including measurement, rationalization, productivity improvement, incentive plans and channel conflicts resolutions.
- Leveraging available technology for efficient and sustainable process
- Lead the due diligence review of channel partners and work closely with global compliance professionals.
- Being our local SalesForce Super User and a resource for local personnel
- Support sales managers to develop annual plans with distributors to achieve capabilities in supporting application/quotation activities, product presentation, field service support & repair and inventory.
- Optimize the channel competencies and capacity to support the market expansion and penetration in the key market sectors.
- Partner with marketing to organize communications with channel partners, including conferences, meetings and trainings.
Basic Requirements
- Bilingual English/Hungarian, other languages an asset.
- Min 5 years’ related business experience.
- Relevant diploma, degree or other relevant post-secondary education.
