Carbon Sales Trader Support EU - ETS (French speaker)

Position based in Brussels, Belgium

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is primarily focused on providing essential back-office and administrative support to our sales teams. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced corporate sales traders and gain insights into the dynamic carbon market.

More about the Role and Core Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage administrative tasks to support the development and maintenance of a portfolio of new customers and counterparts active in the certificates market.
• Assist in prioritizing leads and meticulously handle the conversion process into clients and transactions.
• Play a vital role in the preparation of proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Take charge of customer account management, including thorough administrative follow-ups and documentation.
• Diligently perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other critical data, maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct thorough research to gather market-related information, including potential buyers and sellers, to inform trading decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, streamlining administrative workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Support in organizing conferences and meticulously prepare PR materials to bolster our brand presence in the market, while handling logistics and coordination from a back-office perspective.

We believe you will be great for this role if you…

• Speak native French and fluent English. Additionally knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.

• Relevant degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration

• Having understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Excellent Team worker and support attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service and account management oriented
