Summary
CAP team is responsible for reviewing Corrective Action Plan of audit report providing by factory / vendor to ensure factory to correct their non-compliance according to local law requirement and client’s requirement. CAP Specialist will notify client about CAP status and recommend suggestion to factory once factory developed an acceptable CAP.
Essential Duties
- Cooperate with factory, provide detail suggestions on how to improve its social compliance and security compliance performance
- Support and educate factory to develop a workable / acceptable corrective action plan.
- Review factory’s CAP according to local law and client’s specific requirement
- Verify corrective action evidences via desktop review
- Provide on-site CAP development support to factory
- Conduct on-site CAP verification
- Provide recommendation to client about next step after CAP Management completed
- Other office work assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Relevant educational background (Law, Management, Labor and Social Security, Environment and English) + 2 years audit experience;
- Familiar with labor law, labor contract law, relevant industry requirement, HR custom and HR policy, and how to improve compliance performance in factory.
- Customer service orientation
- Effective problem solving and negotiation skills
- Able to communicate and report in oral and written by English and Chinese.
- Good communication with team menbers.
