Job overview at a glance

Our client is looking for talented Corrective Action Plan (“CAP”) Reviewers to assist a customer's CAP management for 4 months. The position will support our customer to drive the continuous improvement of their supply chain, improve factory engagement and culture competency on sustainable supply chain by processing CAP (Correction Action Plan) & SAQ (Self-Assessment Questionnaire) reports mainly. They will work in partnership with the Client's program management Team and Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scalable CAP/SAQ programs for global suppliers in timely manner
  • Be familiar with Client's COC, social & environmental legal regulations and provide internal technical support
  • Work directly with suppliers to implement corrective actions, with a focus on de-escalating critical issues
  • Cooperate with suppliers and, provide detail suggestions on how to improve its social, environmental and security compliance performance
  • Support and educate supplier to develop a workable and acceptable corrective action plan
  • Review CAP according to local laws and client’s specific requirement
  • Verify corrective action evidence via desktop review
  • Take overall ownership and accountability to ensure assigned reports / CAP cases are processed on a timely basis in an efficient way
  • Track key performance metrics such as CAP completion, evidence, closure rates, issue Management, impact on future audit scores, etc.
  • Make recommendations for driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years solid and track record of CSR and environmental factory audit background
  • Experience in CAP Management is a MUST
  • Experience with technical background and sound knowledge on topics around environment chemical
  • High degree of work ethics and integrity
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented & organized, Independent and responsible
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Extraordinary problem-solver with critical analytical mindset
  • Able to meet tight deadline and work under high pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Willing to review at due diligence and excellent time management.
  • Any Qualified Schemed Auditor is an absolute advantage
