Since 2005, we have worked in more than 80 countries to provide quality monitoring and evaluation; training and technical assistance; program development and implementation; and institutional support services.

Overview of the Position

Social Solutions is seeking a variety of short-term technical experts for an anticipated, USAID-funded project to cover a wide range of sectors that may include but are not limited to global health, resilience, accountability, gender, and monitoring and evaluation.

• Civil Society Strengthening/Civic Engagement
• Institutional Strengthening
• Private Sector Engagement/Public Private Partnerships
• LGBTQI+
• Refugees/Migrants
• Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
• Education

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degrees preferred in a relevant field.
• Mid to advanced levels of technical experience.
• Experience working in Uganda required.
• Experience working with a diverse group of stakeholders, including donor/development organizations, government officials, civil society leaders, community leaders, and/or project beneficiaries.
• USAID experience highly preferred.
• Fluency in English required and fluency in local languages preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and cultural-sensitivity skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
