Position Summary
Accion is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Business Systems & Integrations Principal to manage, integrate, and evolve its global business applications ecosystem. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Technology, this role will design and implement secure, scalable, and interconnected systems that enable operational excellence and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The Business Systems & Integrations Principal will translate business needs into technical solutions, recommending and implementing platforms, integrations, and automation tools that streamline processes and enhance collaboration. This includes overseeing back-end administration, system integrations (via APIs, scripts, and low-code/no-code platforms), and the mapping of Accion’s overall enterprise architecture.
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, innovative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, possesses strong technical acumen across multiple business systems (Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Smartsheet, Power Platform, Salesforce and SaaS applications), and has a passion for building modern, sustainable, and intelligent enterprise solutions.

Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, business systems management, or similar technical leadership roles.
Hands-on experience developing and managing API-based integrations, scripts, and automation frameworks.
Experience with low-code / no-code development, data modeling, and workflow automation.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, security best practices, and governance frameworks.
Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Smartsheet, Salesforce, and NetSuite is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead through influence.
Experience working in a diverse organization across multiple global regions.
