ABOUT THE ROLEThe overall goal of the Business Partnerships Associate, New Business, Europe, is to support the ongoing business development efforts of the European Business Partnerships team. The role includes sales and operations responsibilities to ultimately facilitate the process for leadership to achieve senior-level relationships and close new business. These efforts will help to identify and generate new business focused on renewable energy certificates (RECs), carbon credits, renewable energy advisory, and climate strategy advisory services.
In addition to team support, the Business Partnerships Associate, New Business, Europe will also contribute to organisation improvements, process improvements, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting on sales data. In order to achieve these goals, you will develop proficiency in Salesforce data management and gain a holistic mastery of our internal sales tools and processes.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Business Partnerships, EMEA and is open to candidates ideally based within a commutable distance of our UK offices in London Paddington, or Oslo Norway, where you can enjoy a flexible, hybrid-working pattern. You will be capable of using Salesforce to add lead account information, coordinate meetings and upload templates for deal opportunities
You will have received an introduction to Carbon Credits and ECP products, markets and processes
You will be creating certificates of Purchase / Redemption and delivery overviews
You will have increased your knowledge of 3Degrees business units and products by further interaction with MIT (Market Intelligence Team), Marketing and Project Development teams.
You will be competent in the key support tasks of the role, specifically: proposal coordination, client/vendor registration, welcome kits, and all related Salesforce tracking
