About the role:

At Plastic Bank, we are committed to sustainability and creating impactful change. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your primary objective will be to extract, cleanse, and transform data from various sources into valuable insights that drive key business decisions. You will develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and meet their data requirements. Your work will play a critical role in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities, contributing to data governance and ensuring high data quality across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data models using Power BI to support business intelligence solutions.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and transform data from various databases.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including APIs, to provide a unified view of key business metrics.
• Create visually appealing, interactive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to understand data needs, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support and contribute to data governance efforts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop predictive analytics solutions and advanced data models to anticipate trends and improve decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and API integration for data extraction and analysis.
• Exceptional skills in data visualization and storytelling, with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and modeling (preferred).
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP system (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A team-oriented mindset, adaptable, and driven by continuous improvement
