The Business Development Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for the cross functional commercial development of Hydrogen powered product business. You will own both the commercial strategy and the communication of the application solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Represent INNIO in key events to create awareness of H2 power generator solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and create leads for H2 projects
- Combine marketing aspects of all products for H2 applications of our products and support sales with application specific knowledge
- Analysis of global markets – interpret economic, political and industry related trends and derive strategic actions
- Connect with and represent INNIO in hydrogen related associations to communicate and market our products accordingly
- Develop strategic partnerships in close collaboration with our regional sales teams to increase segment share expansion
Your Profile:
- Good knowledge of the power generation market and its supporting regulations for applications of co-generation, district heating hydrogen and biogas is expected
- Good knowledge in fields of hydrogen production, distribution, and storage favorable
- Technical and/or business Bachelor/Master’s degree
- Strong technical and business acumen related to relevant industry combined with experience in product management and sales
- Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization, strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.878,41 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
