Job Overview
ELEVATE is looking for sales professionals to grow its world-leading supply chain ESG analytics product in specific regions. The Business Development Manager, ESG Analytics will drive sales and revenue growth, identify new opportunities, and maintain and support the subscription sales process.
The role is part of a brand-new team dedicated to subscription sales and is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and entrepreneurial individual, who is passionate about data, analytics and the topic of ESG and wants to make a significant difference to the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Performance
- Meets and exceeds set personal sales target(s)
Business Development
- Focus on the primary addressable market and key sectors
- Input into a new EiQ.ai subscription sales strategy
- Determines the development / implementation strategy for the territory / sector
- Ensure CRM is accurate and updated daily
- Manage leads both direct through CRM and self-generated in line with target expectation
- Manage pipeline in SFDC and reflection and self-correction to hit the new sales number
- Represents ESG Analytics sales in cross-business engagement and LRQA initiatives
- Supports the Customer Success process and management of existing customers if required
Customer & Prospects
- Support the onboarding customer experience of the platform
- Deep investigation into current ESG practices, pain points and challenges
Planning, Delivery and Product
- Active input into monthly reporting for the team report
- Contributes to the development of the ESG Analytics product strategy and plan
- Participates in the ESG Analytics product and research agenda together with our Product Working Group
- Participates with wider Customer, Advisory, Product leaders to inform end-to-end workflows for EiQ platform
External Engagement
- Represents ELEVATE at external events and conferences
Industry and Competitor Knowledge
- Keep up to date with key industry changes affected regulations, NGO activity, multilateral organizations, emerging issues and drivers
- Understand key competitors and critical points of difference versus EiQ
Experience
- Proven track record of exceeded sales targets and growing revenue
- Evidence of managing and growing new markets, products and services
- Experience in a technology/SaaS organization working in a B2B environment
- Experience in ESG and supply chain preferred
- Knowledge of the European and North American responsible sourcing landscape
- Significant business development experience and comfort working to ambitious growth targets
- Experience working with significant business development experience and comfort working to ambitious growth targets
- Experiencing with SaaS sales management within a Salesforce + Hubspot infrastructure, along with Microsoft 365 products
Qualifications
Key Skills
- Lead and pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Track record for engaging internally and externally at senior executive and c-suite level
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Applies emotional intelligence and manages conflicts for members in own organization
- Strong collaborator with internal members other (ELEVATE and LRQA) sales teams
