Your mission at Sistema.bio:

Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will collaborate to establish and nurture new business partnerships alongside the Senior Business Development Managers, aiming to strengthen relationships and associations. Your role will involve actively engaging with leadership teams from Milk Cooperatives in Gujarat (including AMUL and others), the Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), and connecting with companies across Gujarat to secure long-term business interests, grow the order book, and expand the client base. Additionally, this position will provide crucial support to business leadership by leveraging entrepreneurial, strategic planning, and management skills, along with in-depth field intelligence, to help the organization achieve its business objectives.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Engaging in partner relationships, retaining key stakeholders, and managing multitier stakeholder interactions.
  • Gathering partner and market intelligence and appraising the leadership and other stakeholders of any major shifts in the partner's approach, competition activities, philanthropic funding, renewable energy, carbon financing landscape.
  • Designing and supporting Business Development strategies for achieving business targets in India. Maintaining a database of prospective and current organizations which can take up renewable energy projects.
  • Developing business propositions suited to different set of clients. Develop supporting material for pilots.
  • Working closely with the Marcoms team to develop publicity material for approaching funding organizations, and providing input on communications and messaging in brochures, website etc. with implications for business partnerships.
  • Representing the organization at meetings with potential partners and external events.

More about YOU:

Education: 4+ Yrs Experience in business development, client management / sales with institutions.

Key Experiences & Skills:

  • Experience managing partnership developmental role
  • Demonstrate track record of strategic partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable travelling and dealing with International and National Partners.
