LRQA is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Business Data Analyst with experience of handling data cleaning, consolidate data and prepare analysis. This role will also act as the subject matter expert on EMS, support FP&A to enhance report template and forecast model. This is an opportunity to work at a dynamic global ESG company.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance team to drive data-driven analysis
• Consolidate data and prepare reports to support business and provide analysis for management review
• Support on the UAT on the newly launched PowerBI platform e.g. data definition alignment across Group, data accuracy, design of report view etc.
• To be the subject matter expert on our EMS (SAP Concur) and utilize the data to build valuable analysis via SAP Cognos to support financial decision making and sustainability measurement e.g. Carbon reporting
• Work closely with Principal Analyst to support FP&A function to build and enhance report template and data cleansing (e.g. Budget and forecast model) and handle any issues related to the maintenance of the template
• Perform other ad-hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Management, Accounting, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in working with data and analysis using Excel, with MNC exposure is welcome but not a must
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, Aruvio and ERP is welcome but not a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
• Work in earnest and carefully
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, mature, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate with all levels in the organization
