Our Ideal Candidate and what we are looking for:
As the Bushwise Project and People Manager you will be responsible for the efficient and successful completion of assigned projects. You can successfully coordinate the efforts of the Bushwise team and ensure that all project requirements of the organisation are met. You are also responsible for the identification and assessment of new project opportunities. The Projects Manager provides leadership and direction to the Bushwise team and interacts with clients and stakeholders to ensure that all goals and objectives of the organisation are being met.
You are someone that has a strong ability to oversee and manage projects from start to finish. You are able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
We are looking for an experienced, capable leader, with exceptional people skills, extensive multi-operations experience and commercial partnership management. You should enjoy and excel in programme development, project management as well as effectively managing and motivating multiple teams. You should also be about training, the Field Guiding Industry and youth development.
This position will work closely with the Director to assist in the planning, implementation, and management of the new expansion plans for the company, as well as programme development, building and maintaining partnerships and achieving the financial and quality goals of the organisation.
The Project Manager will assist and be involved with the day-to-day operations of the institution, including planning, implementing, and monitoring projects and initiatives. They will ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
