Board Chairperson – Non-Executive Director

Ethos Urban is seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Director and (subject to agreed induction and transition period) Chair for the Board of Ethos Urban. The incoming Chair will have the proven skills, experience, networks and passion to help drive the ongoing success of the company.  It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have exemplary leadership skills and seek to strategically guide and grow the business.

Required Skills:

  • Industry related experience - urban planning, design, relevant consultancy, preferably within property industry, including client buyer perspective
  • Proven Leadership skills as a Chair in a previous organisation
  • Displayed best practice Governance through structures, policies and processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement internally and externally
