In this role you will be responsible for:
Support billing activities for contractual, Field service and other invoicing related transactions
Assuring comprehension of the invoices and escalations, enabling smooth payments process
Ensure on-time billing execution and billing accuracy
Support tax and invoice audits
Update work instructions
Reconcile customer’s accounts
Review and process requests for billing adjustments, issuing credit/rebill and manual invoices
Collaborate with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies
Your profile:
1-2 years of experience in Finance is an advantage, experience in a multinational company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
Fluent/strong command of English – both spoken and written, additional language is a plus: Italian, German, Dutch
Result oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities
Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
Team player attitude
Self-starter, capable of working independently
