The Bicol Region Branch Coordinator holds a key role in ensuring the success and impact of our Plastic Bank Ecosystem in Bicol Region. He or she works closely with the Area Manager and Operations Manager and will be on ground interacting with the community in managing, developing and growing the ecosystem in Bicol Region through community organizing and management, partnership building, and training to name a few.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Branch Coordinator shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Support the Area Manager in the daily operations of the Plastic Bank Project
2. Assist in the coordination with partner branches and collection points/centers
3. Assist in the implementation of training programs and projects for plastic bank members
4. Responsible for logistical coordination of the project
5. Ensure that reports are submitted on time; provide special reports, as requested
6. Ensure active engagement of communities and participants in the project
7. Assist in the accounting of project-related expenses
8. Ensure proper documentation and evaluation of all activities to be implemented
9. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Head, and Area Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of any bachelor’s degree related to Community Development, Business, Social
Sciences and Environmental Studies
2. Preferable with experience in relating with fellow stakeholders in the government and private
sectors
3. Has experience with business/enterprise management

1. Dynamics and structure of pertinent stakeholders (e.g., LGU, civic organizations) in their area
