We are seeking a socially motivated, high achieving individual to help support our business development and partnership strategy, focusing on Indonesia but also assisting the team in global opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging potential commercial clients including pharmaceutical companies, consumer health and FMCG clients. They will also manage a pipeline of NGOs, community organizations, and other relevant entities, ensuring that reach52 has a steady stream of opportunities to scale our model to new communities across the country.
In addition, this role will support with the development of new partnership models; marketing materials, such as presentation decks and documents; grant opportunities; membership in various platforms and forums; and various other non-commercial/BD external engagement.
ROLE SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The core role scope and responsibilities of the Marketing / Business Development / Partnerships Associate will be:
Co-create Indonesia market entry landscape analysis, refine stakeholder mapping, sales strategy and country plans together with the BD and Partnerships team
Cultivate relationships with a range of stakeholders from pharmaceutical companies, consumer health, FMCG manufacturers and distributors, funding organizations, government officials and service providers to facilitate growth plans in the market
Co-develop and execute a dynamic strategy for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential project implementation partners;
Identify relevant RFPs, and develop corresponding proposals
Any other relevant work to support the growth of reach52
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The ideal candidate will have:
2-4 years’ experience in a combination of BD, strategy, sales, solutions development in Indonesia
Strong knowledge of healthcare, social impact, public health, commercial sales experience with a corresponding network in these areas
Understanding of economics and financials of last mile supply chain distribution and B2B marketplace operations
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills to appraise new market segments and opportunities
Excellent written communication skills. Experience in preparing grant/donor funding applications an advantage

Ability to deliver on deadlines, hardworking, competitive and hungry to win
Ability to learn fast and adapt to changes in strategy
Native-speaker fluency in English and Bahasa
