Local Unit & Position Description

DNV Business Assurance UK is on a mission to achieve substantial revenue growth in the coming years. To make this happen, we are looking for a dedicated Junior Auditor Planner  with planning experience to join our team in BAUK. As the Planner, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the planning of audits and auditor qualifications. Additionally, you will play a key role in customer service delivery when our Key Customer team is assigned.

Reporting to the Planning Manager in PMO UK

Position Qualifications

We are looking for a Auditor Planner to join our auditing organization and assist in scheduling and coordinating audit activities. As a Junior Auditor Planner, your primary responsibility will be to support the planning team in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of audits. You will work closely with auditors, managers, and customers to schedule audits, communicate changes to clients, and allocate resources appropriately. This role will provide you with an opportunity to learn about the auditing process and develop valuable planning and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling audits and allocating auditors based on workload and competence requirements.
• Communicate audit schedules and any updates to clients using internal planning systems.
• Support the coordination of complex projects and maintain an overview of the forward planning.
• Collaborate with the planning team to ensure audits are delivered on time and meet requirements.
• Aid in issuing service requests and monitoring progress with overseas units.
• Assist in coordinating training and managing schedule changes for auditors.
• Maintain open communication with the planning manager and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Basic knowledge of the auditing process and management system certification will be a plus.
• Good communication skills to interact with auditors, managers, and clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with guidance.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
