Associate Marketing Coordinator

SWCA, a global employee-owned environmental consulting firm, is seeking a driven Associate Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team with a variety of activities and responsibilities. This full-time, regular (with benefits), hourly position will be based in our Phoenix office. Remote employees in the Western USA will also be seriously considered.

The position requires someone with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize; coordinate and support multiple projects; be flexible with changing priorities; and work both collaboratively and independently. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.

What you will accomplish

• Coordinate data collection and response to annual external rankings and awards (Engineering News Record, Environmental Analyst, etc.)
• Act as owner and administrator for Open Asset (or other) digital asset management platform. Includes governance, role security, end-user training and support, developing communications to increase adoption, asset management and sourcing, performance reporting, and platform maintenance and optimization
• Partner with Sr. Marketing Technology & Information Manager to administer and lead companywide client feedback program. Includes sending surveys and entering data weekly, end-user training and support, developing program communications to increase adoption, reporting and data analysis, and system maintenance and optimization
• Work with SWCA’s Project Managers to track and respond to Federal CPARs evaluations, providing training and support as needed
• Act as project manager for key ad hoc marketing projects, including but not limited to office openings/moves/closures
• Assist other corporate departments in maintaining key resources on SWCA’s intranet
• Marketing research, as needed

Required Experience/Skills:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are necessary for success
• Ability to provide a high level of service to internal and external clients
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Ability to manage internal projects with stakeholders and contributors across departments, delivering on project objectives within deadlines
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner, particularly when talking to clients
• Ability to build strong working relationships with – and deliver a high level of service to - internal and external clients
• Technologically savvy and adapts to new systems and software quickly

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, with marketing, business or environmental degree programs preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three (3) years of professional work experience in marketing or corporate support roles for B2B companies; AEC industry preferred
• Experience in use and maintenance of relational databases
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Experience with content management systems (SharePoint or similar)
• Experience with electronic survey programs and digital asset management systems preferred, but not required

An employee in this Phoenix, Arizona - based position can expect an hourly salary of between $26.50 to $34.50. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law.  Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
