Purpose of the position
The Associate Manager, Finance duties will prepare the financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability, be well acquainted with governmental regulation and attend day-to-day technical finance requests for purchase orders, making budgets, etc. in the interest of the organization. This role will report to the Manager, Finance.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to successfully perform this job.
Master's or Bachelors degree from a college or university in Finance and Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration or any other related field.
Minimum of five (05) years of broad financial experience, ideally managing finance (accounting, budgeting, control, reporting, and grants) for a complex global nonprofit organization with multiple funding sources, including the US government, other country governments, the European Union, UN, and foundations.
Good knowledge of financial planning & management, accounting and budget holding principles, tax compliance & planning.
Proficient with Oracle, SAGE, SAP, QuickBooks or other accounting software packages.
Good knowledge of financial management and accounting and budget holding principles.
Experience in developing budgets and financial reports (including for donors), strategic planning, and providing guidance and support to non-finance staff
Ability to work with large datasets
Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skill
High analytical skills, including advanced excel skills
Knowledge of corporate finance, information analysis and financial diagnosis
Ability to coordinate and work with diverse personalities
Result oriented and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, talent management, team work, time management and organizational skills and great attention to detail.
Must be able to work as a leader and member of a team and possess good problem-solving skills.
Good learning ability.
Action-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the types of development and humanitarian programs eHA conducts.
Demonstrated passion for Relief International’s mission, cultural sensitivity and comfort in interfacing with leaders in all parts of the world.
Strong work ethic, customer service orientation and willingness to roll-up sleeves when necessary; strive for continuous improvement.
Willingness to travel to countries where eHA operates.
Certifications and Licenses
ACCA, CFA, ACA, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ICAN or equivalent is desired.
