We’re currently seeking an Associate Director of Fermentation to join our extraordinary team.
Have you led a strong team of engineers, scientists, and research associates?
Are you well versed in developing and optimizing gas fermentation bioprocess to produce protein ingredients?
Do you have experience with continuous improvement of lab infrastructure?
Do you enjoy collaborating with downstream processing, product development, and food quality and safety teams?

The Associate Director of Fermentation is an experienced chemical engineer, biochemical engineer, microbiologist, or related occupation that is responsible for overseeing R&D efforts of Air Protein’s gas fermentation process used to make food grade protein, which leads to improved economics for commercialization. This position is based in the SF/Bay Area and requires candidates to either live locally or relocate to the area. Relo assistance is offered.
