Position Summary: Support in the development of programming, events and activities based on school, parent, and student interests/needs to help foster the critical thinking and independence of students. With a focus on social and emotional learning , academic enrichment, community service, leadership, fine and performing arts, and health & wellness.
Shift time: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 10:30am-5:30pm.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Serve as team lead/YG point person when Resource Coordinator is out of the office. Make executive decisions to manage the program, deal with schedule changes, handle emergencies, etc. with the best interests of all stakeholders in mind.
Maintain complete record of attendance and services provided in Cityspan
Manage billing roster and assist with invoicing process.
Provide administrative and program support for School Programs.
Supervise and support students and staff where directed.
Aid in staff development, including organizing and hosting trainings.
Maintain behavioral expectations for students in keeping with established methods and procedures. Mastery of school-based behavior management plan such as supporting positive discipline and restorative justice practices.
Maintain positive and mutually informative relationship with school administration, teachers, staff, parents, students and community stakeholders.
Develop and maintain tools for communicating with grant providers, school, parents, students, community members, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Cultivate community partnerships with individuals and organizations that can provide resources and/or support for programs and initiatives, including volunteers, donations, youth opportunities, grants, etc.
Support in fostering and building community collaborations and relationships
Perform other duties as assigned by the Resource Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience/Training
A Bachelor’s degree in social work, education or related human service field from an approved accredited college/university or actively working towards a degree

Flexibility, positivity, resourcefulness and initiative
Dedication to the continuous improvement of service quality and the organization’s mission
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and maintain positive work atmosphere

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including select evenings and/or weekends
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (outlook, word, excel, power point)

Compensation
$35,000-$40,000
Pay is determined by your educational background, licensure, and relevant professional experience.
