SWCA Environmental Consultants (SWCA) is seeking an early career professional (Assistant Project Environmental Scientist - Mining) to provide technical and project management support to the growing Mining Business Line - working directly with the Client Services Mining Director and the mining team. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with expanding high growth/high value environmental opportunities within the precious, base, industrial, energy fuels, rare earths, and aggregate mining markets. This position will report directly to the Mining Director of Client Services Resources out of our Broomfield, CO office. The position can be remote from Denver.
This is a full-time, regular (with benefits), hourly, salaried position.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA), we are disclosing a good faith estimate of the compensation range for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Colorado.
In Colorado, an employee in this position can expect an hourly rate around $33.50, depending on experience, geographic locations, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Employees in this position are eligible for consideration for SWCA’s annual bonus program, which provides awards based on individual and organizational performance.
