WWF-HK is looking for Assistant Communication Manager, reporting to Head, Communications who will be working together with Communication team members and be responsible for the creation and delivery of content for social media and other communication channels.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, edit and manage content for corporate literature in various communication channels, such as social media, website, press releases, e-newsletter and corporate publications
- Conduct copywriting and translation duties.
- Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Assist with press enquiry and events and be assigned to any other duties or ad hoc project as required related to Communication team for WWF development.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-6 years’ relevant experience in public affairs, corporate communications, or media relations.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Experience in Public and media relations is a plus.
- Experience in journalistic field is a plus.
- Internet savvy, with experience in social media and content creation.
- Experience in using Mailchimp/Digital Marketing tools and Graphic software such as photoshop/adobe suite will be an advantage.
Required Behavioural Skills
- A good team player with strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Positive attitude, self-starter, detail-oriented and have great sense of responsibility.
- Can work well under pressure.
Candidate with more extensive experience will be considered as Communication Manager.
