We are looking for an assistance in our training and qualification team, supporting the following responsibilities.

Main responsibilities include:

• Creation of training schedules
• Organization of ongoing training and annual exchange of experience
• Documentation of training and qualification measures
• Maintenance of the data base concerning training processes
• Administration work
• Special projects (according to Training & Qualification)
• Coordination with training partners
• General correspondence (for Training & Qualification)

Position Qualifications

Competency Requirements:

• Relevant commercial education
• Working experience in one of the following areas: business, education, training etc
• EDP knowledge (Word, Excel, data base
• Knowledge of English (spoken and written) and fluency in German is required
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently, using own initiative, as well as a part of a team
• Proactive and result-oriented approach
