🌟 About the Role
As an intern in our Asset Management department, you’ll support the senior team in a wide-array of administrative and operational tasks for fund raising and portfolio management activities. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to asset management, investor relations, and market research support for the new and quickly growing carbon fund. The Intern is expected to work for 30 hours / week.

đź“‹ Key Responsibilities

1. Research and Analysis

  • Conduct research on European family offices and asset managers, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Create and maintain data repositories to support projects.
  • Analyze data and compile reports to back strategic project recommendations.
  • Gather and summarize key findings on relevant topics for team discussions.

2. Administrative Support

  • Assist in organizing team meetings, including note-taking and agenda preparation.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling, file management, and data entry.
  • Support event and presentation preparation for the department.

3. Coordination

  • Support investor relations coordination, tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective follow-through on specific projects.
  • Participate in meetings or calls with investors or stakeholders, documenting key takeaways.
  • Prepare documents, feedback summaries, and other materials for investor and stakeholder analysis.

4. Data Entry and Management

  • Enter, update, and verify data within internal databases or spreadsheets.
  • Assist in cleaning, organizing, and preparing data for analysis.
  • Support data visualization efforts by creating basic charts and graphs for reporting.

5. Learning and Development

  • Complete assigned readings or training materials to deepen your industry knowledge.
  • Share insights and learning takeaways in team discussions or meetings.

🔍 What We’re Looking For
We seek ambitious students with:

  • A good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint is key!
  • A relevant degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration or degree in progress
  • Interest in asset management, finance, and client relationship coordination.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
  • A natural inclination to support a team and collaborate effectively.
