Reports to: Vice President, Asset Building Programs

Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000
Location: San Francisco, CA.

This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be able to work three days per week in our San Francisco office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the implementation of grants that are across all of Asset Building Programs. This includes supporting with planning and executing trainings needed for staff, establishing protocols for necessary uniform service delivery, solidifying department-wide standard operating procedures, creating the reporting mechanisms needed, uploading reports into the funder database, handling administrative aspects with partners, and carrying out other specific duties needed.
  • Optimizing, formalizing, and managing the client intake and flow processes across ABP programs to ensure effective data collection & quality, ideal client experience, and reporting efficiency.
  • Support the reporting process for ABP through pulling reports of clients served, cross referencing accuracy with coaches, troubleshooting reports in partnership with managers and Evaluation, uploading into funder systems, and working with managers to ensure alignment with narratives.
  • Support with the data entry and reporting processes for ABP, ensuring that all data is accurately entered into Salesforce and other relevant systems. Regularly review data quality, adjust reports to reflect accurate information, and work with department leadership to ensure that all reporting is completed on schedule and in compliance with funder requirements.
  • Lead the recruitment and management of volunteers, particularly during tax season, which includes outreaching and engaging potential volunteers, ensuring they are appropriately certified prior to volunteering, and coordinating the schedules with the Managers.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of community events and workshops for ABP and other MEDA departments. This includes data entry, workshop creation in Salesforce, and logistical support to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

YOUR KEYS TO SUCCESS

To perform successfully in this role, you will need to leverage these key qualifications:

  • Demonstrated commitment to socioeconomic equity for low-income, immigrant communities of color

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Experience working across and holding accountable multiple teams and organizations for common goals

  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a nonprofit or philanthropic environment

  • Proven experience in project management and events planning

  • High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, and accountability

  • Subject matter fluency in community development, affordable housing, collective impact, and/or public health/social determinants of health preferred

  • Ability to establish and streamline visual design of products created in Google Docs, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to work on-site at MEDA's San Francisco office at least three days per week
