Role and Responsibilities  
As a Venture and Fellowship Associate, your main tasks will be to:

• Support Venture and Fellowship Manager in research, such as ecosystem mapping, interviews, and site visits for high-potential Fellow candidates.
• Assist in the coordination, logistics, and execution of the Fellow Selection panel.
• Support Fellowship Manager in research and engagement of Fellows in many forms, both offline and online.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A self-starter: takes initiative; exhibits ownership of ideas and tasks
• A problem-solver: can manage a range of tasks and address issues as they arise
• An open-communicator: practices accountability and empathy for teammates; possesses a range of communication skills such as research, writing, and conducting interviews.
• Personal and professional interest in different areas of Ashoka programs, zest for learning and leveraging the latest trends, channels, and tools.
