Ashoka - Venture and Fellowship Associate

1. Supporting Search & Selection of Ashoka Fellow in Indonesia, including but not limited to determining
candidates pipeline, championing the candidate in the Ashoka Fellow process, assisting fellow in the
administrative process (stipend process, onboarding program and others)
2. Maintaining the network of Ashoka Fellows in Indonesia through Next Now Program.
3. Coordinate fellowship opportunity programs from global, regional and Indonesia for Ashoka Fellow
4. Supporting the Spiritual Changemakers Program in Indonesia, including but not limited to becoming
the point of contact for communication among participants, developing the program, and maintaining
the community through the Ashoka Indonesia program, such as Family changemaking, Youth Years
and Metro Strategy.
