Ashoka South Cone Youth Years Coordinator
🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, AR 📝 FULL-TIMEPosition at Ashoka
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the general operations of local Youth Years initiatives.
- Manage the team of interns and volunteers.
- Work together with Youth Years Director to define the local strategy and its alignment with global strategy
- Map and connect with potential Jujitsu Partners for Youth Years strategy
- Look for local funding and follow up partnerships related to YY programs
- Work together with Comms teams for creating powerful messages around YY initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- have previous experience on working with Youth
- have knowledge on communications
- have excellent interpersonal relationships
- be passionate about social innovation
- be empathetic and with a strong ethic fiber
- have leadership skills
- be passionate about teamwork
- be an entrepreneur (specially focus on social entrepreneurship)
- know how to use Office tools and salesforce
- speak and write Spanish and English
