Part-time Finance & Operations Manager Ashoka NL
The Ashoka NL team is looking for a new colleague to join the Finance team for 0.4 FTE, with an option to extend the number of days.

Bioregional Weaving Labs
Ashoka NL is co-leading the Bioregional Weaving Labs Collective, a partnership with a.o. Commonland and The Weaving Lab, with a joint mission to mobilise 1 million changemakers to restore, protect and regenerate 1 million hectares of land and sea in Europe by 2030. Ashoka NL focusses fully on supporting this growing initiative. So, this is your chance to contribute with your particular expertise to bioregional regeneration in Europe, and beyond.
About the role
We are looking for a part-time colleague for at least 2 days a week, with the option to discuss additional days. The role will mainly focus on Finance and Governance and operational tasks as needed. We offer a temporary contract with the possibility to grow into a permanent position. You will be reporting to the two Country Directors and the local Board of Directors.
Working across a big program and different international teams, you will support developing and managing the systems and processes that keep Ashoka NL and our international partnerships running smoothly. The role entails financial management, including accounting and invoicing, but also grant management and partnership management, legal compliance, governance and HR management. It is important to have knowledge of, or interest in, working in the framework of various non-profit charitable/tax-exempt statuses, circumstances and regulations. Working language is English.
