Ashoka's Livelihoods for All started with the intention of scaling up the innovative ideas of Ashoka Fellows and catalyzing a shift in the paradigm of thought within the livelihoods sector. As part of this programme, there is also a focus on bringing women back into the workforce and putting them at the center across different domains of skilling and livelihoods ecosystem in Tier-II and Tier-III cities. The team is looking for an intern to support the team in its communication and IM requirements.
Communication:
-Coordinate with external partners on organising and planning dialogues, events, and webinars
-Design creatives and content for events, summits, and social media channels
-Enhance social media reach and engagement for the Livelihoods team and the partners
-Support in the production of publications such as newsletter and reports
-Create blogs/vlogs and edit videos when necessary
-Draft proposals and put together presentations for partners, funders and organisations
-Create and share articles for publications on the website and social media pages
Information Management/Admin:
-Provide support in compiling and consolidating data, reports and streamlining the information management system
-Manage mailbox, SharePoint folders and keep files and folders on One drive up to date
-Actively participate during events, field-visits, meetings by taking notes and ensure smooth operation of the programmes

Qualification and skills:
-Exceptional writing skills
-Prior experience in managing and organising events is as an advantage
-Familiarity with computer programs, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
-Familiarity with data visualization programs, (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, Power bi)
-Prior experience in curating content, designing creatives is an advantage
